Warning message

Why am I getting a message warning of misuse when I try to add a new friend? Did I do something wrong?

you probably mass added too many too quickly. I got this message after using a couple of those mass email lists that I think had a lot of duplicates. just lay off adding for a day or so, and all will go back to normal. perhaps post here and have folks add you--you get no warning for confirming if they ask.
